KATE DANKEY’s “Divine Intervention” is in a word,DEVINE! This dark comedy comes with a message, at least for me, that we should follow our dreams no matter what the obstacles are. The dialogue was exceptional. God, forgive me for saying this, but some of us have a dream and we are willing to do what it takes.

One of those big comedies with grand ideas that actually lives up to its premise. It should be mandatory programming in all the best short play festivals.

I love a good play with God as a character! "Divine Intervention" is so funny and dark - and hit a liiiiittle too close to home. Sometimes it really does feel like God is doing everything he can to work against your dreams - but rarely in such a hilarious way as he is in this play. So much fun!
