George Nelson

George Nelson is a professor at BYU where he heads the Playwriting Program. He is an award-winning author, director, playwright and teacher. His newest musical Single Wide premiered off-Broadway in 2015 and was named by Hypable.com one of the top ten Broadway shows for 2015. He was also the recipient of the 2015 Blanche and Irving Laurie Musical Theatre Award by the Kennedy Center, Washington, D.C.
