The Workshop Theater is pleased to recognize Zoe Kamil as a playwright selected out of a competitive pool of applicants for our Spring 2021 Writer’s Intensive. The Writer’s Intensive is an eight-week long, playwright-driven process geared towards revising an existing play. Zoe Kamil creates a dangerous character, who causes others to succumb, resist and heal. This play resounds past the "hot topics" of feminism into an unapologetic exploration of womanhood and its expenses, and how those interact with race. Our congratulations and thanks to Zoe.
