Uprising Theatre Company in Minneapolis, MN is looking for full length plays about social justice issues written by playwrights who identify as transgender and/or nonbinary for potential inclusion in our 2020 season and beyond.

To submit a piece, please send up to a 30 page sample to connect@uprisingtheatreco.com. Please also include a bio and some potential types of community organizations you think would be a good fit for your play.

Uprising looks for plays that confront a justice issue where we can partner with local organizations who are working on that issue.
