Goosebumps! This is a wonderfully touching play that works its backstory to great advantage. It's hard to have a play based on what to do about something that we never see happen, but Incrocci handles it really well, using everything that happened last night to great effect in the current scene. I love the ending!

This play is so cute! The dialogue is thrilling and very well-written, and the characters are beautiful! Claire's desire to believe makes you wonder about whether Ellie's story is fact or fiction. And, for the record, I am all for a girlboss Mrs. Claus!! "A Christmas Pickle" is a wonderful holiday short!

A great example of a clean two-hander with a little mystery and a lot of Christmas magic.

I had the pleasure of directing this play for our college's online Fall Play Festival. The uncertainty of what is really going on is such fun to explore. The 'cat-and-mouse' dialogue draws us in, as Ellie tries to protect her secret while Claire increasingly pressures her to confirm the hope that her "inner child" so deeply wishes to embrace.

A wonderful combination of magic and realism, finely balanced and used to great effect. A great addition to any holiday festival as an antidote to the treacle of the season.

A wonderful holiday play filled with magic and longing for magic. It's sweet, without ever being overly sentimental, Incrocci leaves just the right space for the audience to lean in and fill in the rest of the myth with their own imagination. I know my mind is still filled with what might have been said the night before. Really well crafted.

A fun play for the festive season, featuring well-crafted characters and a fresh look at the possibility of a little Christma magic! A wonderful addition to any holiday shorts festival!
