This is an amazing one-woman show about a real person about whom we we really should know more, considering her role in Naval and computer science history. Jennifer O'Grady has created a multidimensional, very real character who jumps out of the history books and thoroughly entertains.

I love when I'm entertained and also learn something historic. It's like that extra something that elevates works to a higher level...taking us places we never knew we wanted to go and couldn't go on our own. I love how Grace's professional experience of life informs the context of her transition from this existence to her next. I love that she found herself in a position, during her transition, to share with us and did so with humor and, well, grace! Well done Jennifer!

History buffs will adore galore. There just isn't a better way to bring these great figures to life. I knew nothing about Grace Hopper but now I'm glad I do. Thank you!

A marvelous monologue about a woman inventor most people don't know about. With humor and insight on endurance, persistence and making a difference, O'Grady has created a compelling portrait of an American original. After this, you definitely want to be an expert like Grace Hopper on 'quietly controlled bitchiness'. Highly recommend for solo festivals.
