Rick has trolled the wrong gal! Adorable Kitten Image Collapse is so chaotic in all the most iconic ways. The characters, dialogue, and situation are hilarious. This play was a great read and I feel like it would be so fun to act in!

This short piece is VERY satisfying: An internet troll suffers consequences for his actions. What a concept! This dark comedy is SO sharp and utterly original. I loved every twist and had no idea how it was all going to wrap up in only ten minutes. Ann Marie is doing the Lord’s work. Bless the Internet God. FYAD.

Any theatre doing short plays should do THIS short play. It was a City Theatre commission for SUMMER SHORTS and it rocked the house. We had a blast producing it and I think we gave Steve the playwright every crazy thing he asked for - with wagons, projections, and terrific actors. It gets to the crazy we're all in, and remains timely and ahead of its time.

At last! Internet trolls face consequences. Witty and silly and a balm for these times.

A very funny comedy about a troll finding that there are consequences to putting his mean words out for all to see. He argues with his literal self over his actions, but what is done is done. A cathartic play for anyone who has ventured onto the Internet.

Very smart, there's so much to play with and it's perfect timing. Oh trolls. We can all mutually agree we can't stand them. The audience will enjoy this so much!

Revenge is a dish best served with cold cereal. Absolutely loved this play. Smart, dark, and incredibly funny. Yockey plucks an unrepentant troll from the darkest corner of the Internet and throws him at the mercy of the Internet Gods. "Because consequences." I'm excited for the actors who get to be in it (each character has hilarious show-stealing moments) and audiences who get to see it (please produce it near me so I can be part of one!).

I loved ADORABLE KITTEN IMAGE COLLAPSE so freakin' much! It is hilarious, timely, and the characters are wild and have so much at stake. What a treat for everyone involved, from the designers who get to bring all the theatricality to life, to the actors who all have killer parts, to a director who'd get to navigate this amazing world Yockey creates in just ten pages, and finally the audience who gets to enjoy all of the things put together. Highly recommend you read and produce this play! Especially produce it near me, please and thank you.

This is a very sharp, very timely and prescient comedy satire about social media. It's also one of those plays where very salty language is not gratuitous but completely in character for these characters. The turn about is fair play premise - an eccentric woman who has been cyber bullied coming to stalk her bully - is a welcome twist of hilarious and delicious revenge. It was among the favorite productions of City Theatre's 2017 Summer Shorts Festival.
