A marvelous journey with a rich and layered story of experiences as one finds her place in the world. A well traveled life that is fascinating to see unfold!

An inspiring story. Very visual and I love the humor of it. This is a tremendous role for an actor! And so theatrical. It really moves. And the sense of that family coming apart at the seams is so strong as The Girl lives so close to the edge, reminds me of my own early adolescence, how narrow the escapes were. Well done!

There were moments that were truly funny, moments that had me worried for this little girl, and moments that truly shocked me. I really felt everything while reading this.

I love this play. There's so much to it -- it's funny, nostalgic, poignant. I couldn't wait to find out what was going to happen next. I'd love to see it in a production.

Love love love this one. Perfect for a woman of a certain age and an audience that wants to re-live the 70s version of themselves. Funny, exciting and introspective. Oh and the music! Have a read - it's gonna be a big hit for someone!

This a beautiful coming of age story. The play takes you on a journey that investigates family dynamics, sexuality, the struggle for independence, the discovery of self and desire to find ones place in a complicated world. The story is simple, but with a layered complexity and has a timeless, nostalgic quality to it. It is a wonderful piece for a skilled actress.
