A well crafted, beautiful piece about a couple struggling to connect in the midst of their unique experiences of grief. What begins as a discussion about flowers quickly unfolds into something far deeper. I would love to see this staged.

Beautifully crafted, heart breaking play. “In Full Bloom” demonstrates Paige Zubel’s brilliance for creating simple, authentic stories from the heart. I cried. Brava, Paige Zubel.

The simplicity and clarity of the exchanges between Roger and Beth makes their loss all the more shattering. This play gets at the truth of how people endure the unendurable and how sometimes they just don't for a time. Zubel offers an extraordinarily humane portrait of life in the midst of harrowing grief.

Just WOW! Paige, how did you cram so much agony and hope into 10 minutes? A simply beautiful play, that would bring down the house in any 10-minute play festival! When I was asked to direct this show I jumped with joy because I loved it so much. She has found beauty in the pain, and has invited us into an unimaginable world, lets us stay awhile, and reminds us of our own humanity. A wonderful piece!

Heartbreaking, captivating, raw, and honest. IN FULL BLOOM deals with the practicalities of grieving. Zubel treats Roger and Beth with love and dignity, honoring their separate expressions of grief and making a space for them to connect in the midst of their personal catastrophe. A beautiful short play.

Stunning show that deals with the heartbreak of losing a child. The emotional authority this show has leaves the audience speechless. It's an intimate insight onto a couple that's losing one of their most valuable things, and a heartbreaking truth about the way relationships are stretched thin at a moment of tragedy! Really moving and tear-inducing. Approaches the issue in a way that I haven't seen before. This show was painfully delightful to witness. I would definitely recommend it.
