A small slice of life play where an adult son meets up with his estranged mother he has not seen since he was six years old. The play is at times funny and at times sad, but the emotion that comes through the most is one of hope. One is left yearning to see scene 2.

A beautiful reunion between a mother and son, where we're hoping and praying with them that their common passion can somehow help heal them. Wonderful work!

Oh my gosh, such a moving play. Sometimes a writer will create tensions in a dialogue, I swear I hear like music, like the thrumming below the words - it just catches you up. This moment, a mother and son attempting an awkward reunion, is soft, poignant and so very real. A wonderful vehicle for two actors to explore a range of possibilities.
