“
A rich, gripping story grappling with loyalty, identity, and duty, populated with compelling characters (Darrin's a particular favorite!). ”

“
An important work that speaks with historical accuracy. As someone who travels HWY 37 through the Mohawk Akwesasne Reservation enroute to my turn off to Quebec, I am aware of some contentious times several decades back. Native voices need a more larger audience in the US and this play definitely deserves production. ”

“
Native lands are still being gobbled up by corporations and colonial invaders throughout the Americas, the treaties signed usually meaning less than nothing if some oligarch thinks he can get rich from stealing the land. You'd know about this in the Brazilian rainforest from the news, but it happens all the time in the U.S. too. This play, about a highway bypass land theft protest and the choices the people on the front lines make is informative, important, and often very funny. Read it! ”
