    After years of suspicion, contemplating the twilight of life with his adored wife, Bill asks if she is secretly legendary aviatrix, Amelia Earhart. While her confession may not be reliable, Bill’s pride for her makes him contact the Amelia Earhart Estate, so that she may enjoy the love the world still owes her. Irene is pursued by Hannah, a youngish attorney with professional and personal reasons to find the Lockheed Electra that belongs to her client, and expose Irene’s amazing identity. Hannah pushes Irene to the brink of answering for the crime of abandoning the cause at its peak.
