    Phoebe, political analyst, is in a crisis. She expects Mac, an unscrupulous politician, to pay her the cash that he promised. But Mac is holding onto his money until Phoebe comes up with more forecasts – for the general election. Feeling as trapped as the goose with the golden egg, she invites him to dinner. She then summons her sisters Iris and Viola to plot her revenge on Mac, and to get paid through means...

But Mac is holding onto his money until Phoebe comes up with more forecasts – for the general election. Feeling as trapped as the goose with the golden egg, she invites him to dinner. She then summons her sisters Iris and Viola to plot her revenge on Mac, and to get paid through means foul or fair. Iris the cookbook star, Viola the doctor without borders and Phoebe slip the bonds of modern language and cooking methods as they cast a spell on a meal that Mac the “tinpot tyrant” will never forget.

He encounters Joe at the snack bar who seems to have a way of guessing everyone’s beer choices, and mysteriously...

As Sean and Lucy finally find common ground, Joe makes a last minute gesture toward Lucy to join him, but she doesn’t notice. Joe, dejected, jumps overboard to join his alien parents who have come to get him in their UFO.

    Tiana thinks she may have trouble getting into Annansdale College, given her background and challenging life circumstances. The admissions officer is at first inclined (and coerced) to agree, until she considers her own history with Annansdale. And, her role in filtering out applicants like Tiana.
  • Leap of Faith
    The con artist and medium Claire gets a visit from the ghost of a suicidal relative from the 1920's. And he has an agenda.
  • Heard Not Seen
    In the near future, Helen is a new inmate at Harmony House, where ‘Senior Juvies’ are dumped for committing minor offenses. The resident choir wonders whether to let Helen sing during the Founder’s Day hymn, where they plan to secretly deliver a manifesto to a visiting senator, demanding that all seniors be absolved of criminal punishment. Helen objects to their manifesto and threatens to speak against them...
    In the near future, Helen is a new inmate at Harmony House, where ‘Senior Juvies’ are dumped for committing minor offenses. The resident choir wonders whether to let Helen sing during the Founder’s Day hymn, where they plan to secretly deliver a manifesto to a visiting senator, demanding that all seniors be absolved of criminal punishment. Helen objects to their manifesto and threatens to speak against them to the visiting senator, who she reveals is her son. The choir now sees that their plan has failed, and they are in danger of being shipped to the penitentiary next door. They lock her in a closet and move on to manifesto plan B as Helen’s cries in the closet dim.

  • Contagion
    Ollie, prone to medical student syndrome, tries to convince his girlfriend Gina that he has real symptoms of real diseases. After rejecting his worries at first, she falls prey to his suggestion that she is sick too. She decides
    that there is only one way to stop his infecting her with his dangerous ideas.
  • Double Double
    An old woman visits a young fortune teller who is dying of AIDS. She asks him to forsee the exact moment of her death, and helps him come to terms with his.
  • The Revenge of the Fish
    Juan is suspicious of Skye's motives for inviting him out to a backwater lake - and of the predators he encounters there.
  • Bubble
    Alex has a life threatening illness, and only his twin Bobby can save him by donating his bone marrow. But Bobby needs convincing.
  • The Interview
    Mary makes a dangerous journey to join a far off colony, only to find at the other end that Tomas, a scientist, subjects her to a set of grueling scenarios to test her reactions.
