As an artist, Arlene thoroughly believes that there is a raw, primal nature to the universe that is more beautiful and terrifying than anything we could ever begin to comprehend. The problem is, everyone is taking it much too seriously. Almost every life form on the planet responds to laughter and, once the audience has their walls down, true change and discussion can begin. It's the spoonful of sugar that helps the medicine go down, the world's worst sleight of hand, the cheese in the mousetrap - you get it. You have to meet people where they're at and then give them the opportunity to see your side of an issue. If they don't want to talk, at least you got to spread some joy.
