My goal in writing any play is to explore some facet of the human condition along with the audience. Generally, I find that my characters do this with a combination of humor and drama (just as in life). My plays would be considered by and large mainstream and thus hopefully thoroughly entertaining for most audiences. They are not staid by any means, just about people we all know and the foibles that we all recognize in ourselves and in others.
