Hayley Haggerty holds a B.A in Theatre and Creative Writing from Roger Williams University. Her plays include The Pirate, the Newsboy, the Witch and the Princess, a play for young audiences, In A Flash, Innumerable, and more. She is extremely interested in magical realism, and writing plays where the boundaries between the real world and fantasy can be blurred. When not writing, she enjoys cooking, hiking, baking, video games and cats. She was a finalist for the 2020 KCACTF Reigion 1 Gary Garrison National Ten-Minute Play Award, and has been a previous recipient of the Connecticut Shoreline Arts Association Creative Writing Award, as well as participating in the 2014 Young Playwrights Inc. Urban Retreat.
