This play comes from such a place of passion and provocativeness. I really appreciated the perspective it took on the pressures women (and really, those with child-bearing abilities) face with trying to balance their ambitions and their desire to have a family. I loved getting to know and understand the perspective of each of the characters. More female roles like these please!!

A devastatingly smart piece. Each character has their own brand of selfish behaviour, but they're fleshed out so clearly it's believable that only these three can balance each other out. But the play leaves you wondering until the very end whether or not they actually will. It's an honest, humorous look into how high on our own supply we humans can get when we feel we've been wronged.

So, so wonderfully human. Your family may look nothing like the one in this play, but there is something everyone can relate to in this piece. I love and appreciate the play's rawness. Nobody ever holds back and it makes the characters all the more lifelike. A very special play.

This play reads like a lot of my favourite sitcom episodes. Never too dark to make you depressed, but never too light to skirt over some real issues. It says a lot about getting older and managing your dreams and aspirations, as they never go away just because you've hit sixty (okay, fifty-nine).

This play made me think about my relationships to people. This play when made me think about my relationships to material things. This play made me think about hard conversations I need to have with me about myself. It's a multi-purpose piece that helps you with whatever problem you bring to it, and I appreciate it for that.
