Kaushik Mukerjee is a playwright and musician based in the Washington DC metro area. Inspired as a teenager by Bertolt Brecht, Eugene Ionesco, and Harold Pinter, Kaushik began writing and producing plays and skits. His absurd comedy "Smith's Gone Mad" was selected for production by the Pittsburgh New Works Festival in the early 1990s.
