Our newest featured list comes courtesy of playwright and screenwriter Dolores Díaz, herself a 2019 graduate of the highlighted program. Northwestern University’s MFA in Writing for the Screen and Stage focuses on five key principles of art, craft, business, vision, and community. Each student is trained in both theater and screen writing disciplines. This year’s class includes writers with a diverse array of ethnic, national, physical, and sexual identities that are manifested in their work. Dig in!
