I felt immersed in this apartment and family right from the start. The cadence of dialogue felt very real. I’d love to smell and see this kitchen.

An excellent play told in real-time as two sisters look back on their past and deal with their presents all while making a casserole for a dead person.

This play deftly and subtly moves from humor to slow-burning personal tragedy and back. The intricacies of the family relationships, especially the relationship of the two sisters to the absent and recently deceased character allow for a detailed emotional journey.
