Following brief but world-altering nuclear war that has wiped out most of the population, a small group of survivors live in an underground bunker. The icy cold of nuclear winter seeps in. The air is contaminated. They must keep alive what may be the last baby in the world. Resources are slim, and everything must be shared, and soon things are going to run out. They don't know what's left on the outside - but at some point they will have to find out.
