"SON OF FRANK" delves into the complex relationship we have with our own grief as well as the bond shared between father and son, and what happens when those two elements collide. The dialogue is sharp and engaging and offers us ephemeral but pivotal moments that help us understand the history of their relationship. The use of symbolism adds narrative depth and the wordplay is delicious. Son Of Frank delivers decades in just 10 minutes. Would love to see this on stage!

Son Of Frank is dark and spooky but this play also have heart. The dialogue between father and son could be any parent/child conversation but this conversation is special, with family history, the presence of a child's grief and the consuming impact his father has had on the child's past life and probably forever. Good read. Would like to see this on stage.

The nagging grief that trails the loss of a parent plays out in a raw, vulnerable dialogue that emerges from two characters who seem to be the opposite of those characteristics. I think many fathers and sons would identify and remember this play for years.
