    There’s a ton of “ho ho ho” here - as we find the jolly old elf did not become Santa by being a pushover. Burch pays tribute to “Santa Claus is Coming to Town” but with a twist.     We produced an audio play version of this script in the season 4 line-up of the Gather by the Ghost Light podcast (https://www.gatherbytheghostlight.com/s4e13). Burch gives us an edgy alternate take on jolly old Saint Nick in "Santa the Clause". In a Godfather-esque fashion, the story paints a picture of how Santa truly feels about how the big corporate toy companies are taking the spotlight from him. With his chronie Beedle the Elf by his side, the dialogue is hilarious and entertaining throughout as they as they give Mr. Hargraves an offer he can't refuse. Highly recommended!
