This play took me places I didn't expect to go, and that's a wonderful gift. A love story wrapped in an intervention wrapped in a mystery. I loved this, and I'd love to see it on stage.

This is my second recommendation of this fine play, this time it has yet deeper meaning to me. Standing on the shore of a lake, Andrew is lost, desperate, suicidal. Along come Ophelia, an angel of death to flash his life before him. But what ensues is far deeper, as the tables turn, the water darkens and deepens...
This would make an excellent radio drama.

A really lovely interlude between two characters who need a hug from someone who cares. The back and forth is perfect, and both Ophelia and Andrew somehow charm you despite their pain. A play with compassion and kindness, and a touching short work for two lucky actors.
