This is the best play about thumb-wrestling the Lady Mother of the Knight's Templar that you'll read this week! Truly, this play starts off swinging and refuses to let up, with fantastic, high-stakes combat (for women!!!) that kept me riveted. The worldbuilding is imaginative and compelling, with plenty of prophecies to keep audiences engaged and tracking plot threads. Magic meets mysticism meets pragmatism meets history in a tightly contained, gorgeously structured fantasy tale.

Such a fun, reflective, and high-stakes play featuring imaginative fantasy elements and engaging stage combat opportunities. Great for a strong all-female ensemble. It's an adventure play that explores personal destiny and how much we have in controlling the shape of our own fates.

I had the pleasure of seeing a staged reading of this adventurous new work. A dynamite play for an all-female cast that takes us on an exciting, action-packed journey through history and religion. This play is both thought-provoking and entertaining.
