This is Norkin at his finest. While he challenges the reasons and background for hate, he manages to infuse the play with humanity. Although the play explore the darkest of subjects, Norkin finds some light. Can we sign a petition to get this on stages everywhere? Hate is a choice. So is hope.

Morey Norkin's "The Replacement" is a sharp, cutting satire that expertly dissects the fragility of neo-Nazi false bravado. This story is equal parts humorous and heartfelt, and the ending provides an encouraging sense of hope. Thoughtful theater at its best. Bravo!

  • Alaina Tennant: The Replacement

This is an absolutely hilarious and equally thought-provoking play about the concept of Jewish people "replacing" white nationalists. But deeper, it also has a beautiful message about bringing up children and teaching them to hate - when instead, they can be taught to love. Morey Norkin is so incredibly clever! Every moment in this play is just *chef's kiss*
