    I always love a twist on a story and Chris has created not only a brilliant twist but a wonderful character in Captain Hook as he explains how he came to be. As you read the tragic circumstances in which Hook became the villain of never land and I'll be honest, the story won't feel the same again. Monologues to me have always been about the telling of brilliantly weaved stories from believable and well constructed characters and this is a perfect example of that. Its a great chance for an actor to present a twist on a classic!

This is a fantastic monologue. On that I could see every incarnation of Captain Hook delivering. I want to dress up as Captain Hook and do this Monologue!
