A 45-minute adaptation that recasts the Bard’s classic tale as a 1980s teen romance. Incoming freshman Viola passes as a boy, becoming best buds with senior Orsino, and getting entangled in his attempts to attracts the attention of queen bee Olivia, who is still mourning the death of her brother. The too-cool-for-school Malvolio doles out plenty of attitude until he also becomes the subject of a harmful prank. By the end of the school day, however, everyone has something to smile about.
