TRAP HOUSE centers on Big Man’s struggle to make sense of the world he lives in and the world he knows to be beyond the family’s dope dealing business. He is a young man who yearns for a new path and tries to find that path by attending junior college. With the conscious and unconscious help of his girlfriend and coach, he begins to understand that perhaps there is more available to him than he thought, and his struggle to find a new way to live in the world frames this play.
