RUDOLPH, a reindeer, Male. A serious leader.
DONNER, a reindeer. Male. Goofy but earnest. Not the sharpest prong in the antler. Has a silly voice, perhaps.
VIXEN, a reindeer. Female. Matter-of-fact. Trying to keep her cool.
TINSEL, an elf. Gender neutral. A crusty efficiency expert.
Any of the actors can double as NEWS ANNOUNCER
