'Will I experience pain?' So opens this excellent short piece. But it's a different kind of pain altogether. This play is an examination of the consequences of decisions we make in haste. The essence of tragedy is the point of no return, the moment from which there is no going back. This play begins in the immediate aftermath of that moment. Excellent.

Tense and terrifying in such a short time. Amber R. Dickinson's THE EXTRACTION at first seems like a simple medical procedure until the details are expertly revealed. The innocuous becomes dark in this short sci-fi drama. We need more staged sci-fi in this world. Love it.
