This play is a funny and unexpectedly moving look at family, delusion, and the emotional gymnastics we perform to preserve love across generational gaps. The playwright is great at writing dialogue that is natural while carrying just enough surreal weight to keep the audience off-balance. The characters (especially the mother) are rendered with deep compassion and comic precision.

What fun! The dialogue between the siblings is very slice of life and shows some of the concerns of children with elderly parents. However, Ramsey adds a twist to the plot that is both hilarious and stunning. On stage this piece would amaze and delight any audience. Well written and a terrific story!
