The concept of exploring the 'what ifs' is something we all often think about and its easy to say your life could have been better if you did or didn't do something but Alli doesn't do that. She offers a wonderful balance on the perspective of motherhood and what it can mean to a person. The way in which the story is presented also keeps you guessing brilliantly! At first I was worried about where this play was going. I thought how rude this Marie was for calling Carla from a vacation. But wow, the message at the end was so, so powerful! This is exactly the point women need to hear and stop judging each other for their paths to or away from motherhood.
