"The Bench on Main Street" weaves together the stories of four souls on Christmas Eve and its aftermath. Thomas, mourning his wife Margaret, meets Bix, a young man who has just died in an accident. Bix, sent by Margaret's spirit, asks Thomas to help his grieving mother, Karen. A month later, Thomas and Karen meet at the same bench where their loved ones first connected them. As they share their stories of loss and memory, they begin to heal, watched over by the spirits of Margaret and Bix, who know their loved ones will find their way forward together.
