Two serial killers are in the middle of choosing their next victim and working on their plan for murder. They aspire to be as famous as The Mutilating Maniac of the Midwest. When they keep getting interrupted by the grandmother of one of the killers, they become irritated and consider her as their next victim. When she comments on their conversation, they fear she knows too much, but in the end, they discover that she is actually the Mutilating Maniac of the Midwest.
