I had the pleasure of performing in a reading of The Drip as part of LineStorm Playwights' Small Bites. It's relatable and weird and accessibly absurd. It's like if Edgar Allan Poe wrote a hilarious episode of The Twilight Zone. I've read a lot of short plays, this one definitely goes down as a highlight!

We jump right in and can tell immediately where the disconnect is for these two, though we don't know where it will lead. As we are taken down an eery path, it becomes clear. Subtle and spooky!!

A fun, Twilight Zone-esque short of something undermining a marriage. And despite the characters' musings and attempts to figure it out, whether it's based in personality and communication or something far weirder is left up to us. A great little play that provokes and perturbs, leaving us wanting just the right amount of more.
