Mongrel

Mongrel is a story about identity. It traverses the mythos of Genghis Khan's history and navigates masculinity, power, and tragedy. It is the story of how a boy becomes a man and the way his experiences change his trajectory. It is about destiny, and how we decide it. And it's about fatherlessness and the way that roots itself in the way we who experienced it, see ourselves and the world around us.

I had the pleasure of seeing this performed, and it’s truly a wonderful night of conversational theater with lots of twists and turns until we realize exactly which room we are in. A great opportunity for any actor and a great programming pick for any theater
