The Department is comprised of twelve full-time faculty and approximately fifteen part-time faculty. Our department strives to graduate theatre artists with the knowledge, pre-professional skills, and experience to succeed in top graduate programs and professional theaters, and who possess the writing, devising, and entrepreneurial skills to express their own artistic voice in the creation of inclusive and innovative theater. In addition, we commission and premiere new and innovative works from a diverse range of artists annually, as well as producing works from a wide range of historical periods, genres, and forms.
