The department of theatre at Normandale College is the premier two-year theatre program in Minnesota. With its state of the art facilities, innovative degree programs, highly qualified faculty and accessibility to one of the most vibrant arts communities in the nation, it is a great place to begin or continue training as a theatre artist.

Our alumni have gone on to some of the best schools around the state and abroad.

And many are working professionals in the Twin Cities and other major markets including New York, Los Angeles and Chicago.

The Normandale Theatre Department is accredited through the National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST). It is currently one of three colleges or universities in Minnesota and one of only eight two-year colleges in the nation to hold this distinction.
