Black & Blue centers around a non-binary teenager named KID, which is short for KIDDO, who has seemingly very accepting parents. On the morning of Kiddo’s 16th birthday, Kiddo challenges their parents to see just how far their acceptance goes. An exploration of Black joy, Black parenthood and the pursuit of Black excellence.
