A great piece where Mamie lays it down for Martin and, in the end, they'll both be tingling and far better off for it! Well done.

Kat Ramsburg has written an absolutely delightful, touching and honest two-hander. Both characters would be a joy to play. The dialogue is sharp and clever, bringing laughs and tugging on heart strings. Though written for mature actors, you’ll find this play relatable no matter your age. Read this play. Produce this play. A gem.

Ramsburg takes an intimate look at a couple while their marriage, perhaps not exactly in crisis, experiences a flutter of existential uncertainty. I expect many in the audience will secretly relate to both Mamie and Martin's desires. Moreover, I think perhaps they may find new understanding in those secret desires of their partners - whether it be to suddenly be consumed by passion to enjoy one night's sleep alone in a bed, if only to ignite a newfound fire. Ramsburg tells a gentle, loving story that celebrates those little whispers our hearts tell our very souls.
