SLICE OF LIFE is a series of eight short plays (with three comedic alternates) that, beginning with teens and ending with octogenarians, present contemporary scenarios for each decade of life. All plays have easily suggested settings and few props, and can be performed as a complete thematic evening by an ensemble of two men and two women (unless the comedic alternate is used for seventies) or, of course, mixed, matched, and cast in any manner one chooses.

This collection of ten-minute plays comprises THE PEE TEST, DON'T GO BREAKIN' MY HEART, FACE TIME, SURVIVAL STRATEGY, THIS YEAR'S MODEL, LIFE LINES, STAGE WHISPERS, and YOU HAVEN'T CHANGED A BIT (along with comedic alternates PAY IT BACKWARD, BEST INTERESTS, and DOUGHNUT HOLE).
