A fantastic and imaginative tribute to Election Day and it's importance to a smart kid! Love!

FINALLY read an Asher Wyndham monologue, and I'm glad I started with this one! Quirky and fun, and I love how the writer does what he wants with format. I mean, if every monologue was a picture monologue perhaps the world would be a better place. This makes me want to have more fun with my writing, as well.

Like Wyndham's other monologues driven and delivered by a child, all lessons and irony befall on adults. It's clever and surprising and, in this play, charming. The piece's triumph is, despite the weight which comes with voting, it reminds us how simple a task it can be.
