Beautiful, silly, and absolutely heart breaking, Overlap is a brilliant play that explores multiple relationships that are cut short by a tragic accident. Proctor’s characters are excellently written. Each person has their own set of anxieties and challenges, but you also see how much possibility is ahead of them; which makes it all the more devastating when that possibility is taken away from them.

Witty and otherworldly with a believable, grounded relationship at its core. overlap is tragic, but lots of fun.

Fast, frantic, touching, and sexy. overlap's jarring shift in tone is incredibly shocking, grounded, and sublime. The script is begging to be staged!
