Ah, the untouched book on the shelf - usually poetry, such is the case in O'Grady's sharp-witted short play. A fun play where two books discuss their place in the world and the legacy they'll leave behind. Also, a good reminder that all forms of literature are to be valued!

O'Grady is such a delightful master at personification. These characters are so funny and the dialogue is so fast and witty. I absolutely adore the tongue-in-cheek humor. O'Grady's plays are fantastic--if you've never read one, start here, and you won't want to stop!

You're the book left behind. Poetry. And the hot new book comes in. This poetry book has got to spice up life a little - as there's constantly a new neighbor on the next shelf. This is a fun little story about how a book - maybe with a little more spunk than you thought - makes a moment for him/her self. Cute for a festival.
