Its been 75 years since The Great Unraveling took over the planet. All People of Color are cordoned off to one side of the planet. They are only taught White History, White Culture, and White Values until The Forked Path Ceremony on their 16 birthday where they are shown a documentary based off of their genetic heritage. Then they must choose whether to continue to live on Earth or be sent to a Colony Planet where they can learn about their culture. Its a week before Sarah's birthday. She's been preparing to follow in her mother's footsteps since childhood. But when truths about The Great Unraveling get revealed to her she must question everything she's known.

a secret.

Barbara: Mid to late 30s. Latinx. She’s more dedicated to her job and societal status than her
family.

Thomas: Mid 20s. Latinx. The golden boy turned Black sheep.

David: 11-13. Latinx. Precocious and adorable. He really just wants to make his family proud.

James: 15 years old. BIPOC. He’s a bit like a ghost. He’s wandering through the world trying his
hardest not to affect anything or anyone.

Haruto: Mid to late 30s. Japanese. He’s imposing. The kind of person with natural gravitas and
presence to lead but with emotional intelligence and an innate sense of Justice.

Jessica: Mid to late 30s. Japanese. Loyal to a fault.

The Great Council: Any age. Any ethnicity. The ruling body of The Great Unraveling. Faceless.
Can be made of one actor or many. You should use the other actors besides Sarah for the council.
