“ Rules of a Closed Door examines the complicated relationship a victim can have with their abuser, as well as the ramifications of that relationship. Iraheta does an awesome job fanning the flames of these heightened stakes until they burst into an agonizing blaze. I'm intrigued at how what happened between Eddie & Hector behind closed doors compares to Máriz's appeal to "take care of each other and not close our doors to those who can't take care of themselves." Máriz's role as a social justice warrior in this play really interests me. ”
