Delightful in its specificity, this play stitches the intricacies of mortuary science with the vulnerability of podcasting in a way that will keep you in stitches throughout the narrative. This idea is completely original and yet its themes appeal universally: grief, abandonment, and finding friendship in unlikely corners. I saw this at the 48th Annual Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Short Play Festival and can see many ways to knit it into seasonal planning!

I had the privilege of directing this piece performed at the 48th Annual Samuel French Off-Off Broadway Short Play Festival. A two woman, universal, short play that tackles grief, abandonment, being enough, and the lengths we go to when we are in mourning (sometimes it makes us do crazy things!). It's hilarious, heartfelt, honest, and this is all accomplished in under 15 minutes. I can see a lot of colleges/universities using this piece in their black box/student one act seasons.
