Skater Girls portrays some of the most frustrating people to be around and yet I loved every second I spent with them! Morse has created a hilarious play with wholesome moments squashed between biting comments and strained relationships. the visceral dialogue of the audition scene reminded me of wolves circling prey, the intensity of Kate and Tyler vying for their roles makes Lou sneaking in for the kill all the more gratifying. I would love to see this play!!

Ohhhh this play. This wonderful, fucked-up, laugh-out-loud funny play!! Matt has done the impossible, which is gather the worst people you've ever met while doing theater and make it bearable (and even enjoyable!) to watch them for over an hour...the character work is both a gift to any actor and audience member. I can't wait to see it fully staged, roller skates and all!
