Carlotta, the would-be novelist with a penchant for plagiarism… Alexander, the country bumpkin whose one verifiable skill seems to be impregnating his wife… Lexington, the odd little chap whose response to a world that shuns him is to plot violence against it…

Three unlikely comrades come together for a brief moment. Each one shares his or her facade with the other two and fights like mad to conceal the pain, the uncertainty, and the hopelessness that characterize the real person behind the mask. Most of all, no one wants to ‘fess up to the terror that is felt when one contemplates the brevity and insignificance a single life can have.

This is a comedy of human errors. And it has its comical moments.

But, oh, the poignancy.
